We ask that you provide a table and two chairs for set up, if outdoors in a shady space out of the sun.

Our cancellation policy ensures flexibility while maintaining the quality of our services. A non refundable deposit of 50% is required in order to confirm your booking, until the deposit is received the booking is NOT confirmed.

If you need to reschedule your booking we ask for 5 days notice of needing to reschedule in order to role your deposit over to a new date, providing we have availability.

Unfortunately any rescheduling needed with less than 5 days notice of your scheduled event date the deposit can NOT be rolled over to a new date, as we have already reserved entertainers and made necessary preparations.

We will always do our best to work with you to reschedule your event, subject to availability, to ensure that your child’s celebration can still go ahead on a future date.
